I came across a wonderful blog To Be Debt Free… and they have a brilliant piece entitled “Credit Cards Are For Emergencies.” It details quite nicely the dangers of unrestrained credit card use. This should be mandatory reading for anybody applying for a credit card.

Yes, I agree. Credit cards are a trap, you need to keep them for emergencies, not normal buying.
