This evening, I tried a new recipe for making hamburger and hot dog buns. Success! The buns seem to have turned out well (the crust is soft, not rock hard as my last try).
The recipe was very straightforward and with a cup of milk, some yeast, a bit of sugar, salt and margarine, I was able to make six decent sized hamburger buns and six hot dog buns.
I look forward to cooking some hot dogs tomorrow and tasting the results of my efforts.
